The services of Meza Talbott Law are intended for the use of California residents. To the extent U.S.-based residents of states other than California access Meza Talbott Laws’s websites, the laws of the State of California shall govern on all matters related to the collection of data and privacy of collected information. Meza Talbott Law’s websites collect personally identifiable information such as names and addresses (e-mail and physical) only from visitors who voluntarily input such information through various mechanisms, including contact forms, subscription enrollment forms, online chat tools, and others. Meza Talbott Law also will collect e-mail addresses from the e-mails you send us. Meza Talbott Law will use the personally identifiable information we collect online only to send you information about our services, product announcements, changes to our terms and conditions, events, or publications. We do provide you the opportunity to be removed from our mailing lists. The data we hold is kept securely and only accessed by authorized personnel.
