FAMILY LAW MEDIATION
Mediation is one of the most affordable and peaceful methods of negotiating a divorce settlement. With the help of a neutral mediator, you and your spouse discuss and resolve the issues in your divorce in a confidential setting. There is no need to go to court.
When children are involved, it is best to minimize the stress and hostility that often comes with the court process. With mediation, parents can work together on a schedule and arrangement that works best for everyone.
Estate Planning is a tool to help you protect your family from unexpected and sudden events that affect your assets and loved ones.

FAMILY LAW COUNSELING + UNBUNDLED SERVICES
With over 17 years of experience handling all aspects of family law litigation, we are able to provide legal counseling on matters such as divorce, paternity matters, prenuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and restraining orders.
Through unbundled legal services, also known as limited scope representation, the client and attorney can agree to limit the scope of the attorney’s involvement in a legal action, leaving responsibility for those other aspects of the case to the client. It allows the client to hire the attorney only for the projects they need and can afford. If you want additional information, visit TheLawUnbundled.com, our website dedicated to providing resources and information on unbundled legal services.
